Genesee River (Letchworth State Park): At present, the river is once again too low to raft and we are traveling the gorge using our inflatable sit on top kayaks only this weekend. When we are using these smaller boats, it is recommended that individuals weighing in excess of 275 lbs not paddle with us. More rain is in the forecast next week and we are hopeful we'll be back in the rafts soon .
Salmon River (Pulaski, NY): We have received confirmation from Brookfield Power that the scheduled recreational release for the weekend of 08/03 & 08/04 will proceed. Our trips on Saturday, 08/04 are nearly sold-out but there is still plenty of space available on Sunday, 07/21. Reservations are required. There will be one more scheduled release the weekend of 08/31, and 09/01. Reservations with a deposit are required.
